You don’t need to be one of my organizing clients to hire me for this service. Whether you’re moving, downsizing, or simply clearing out, I can help you sell your items and maximize your return.​

 

How It Works

Staging, Measuring & Professional Photography

I carefully stage, measure, and professionally photograph each item to make it look its best, helping it sell faster and for the highest possible price.

Pricing & Listings on Multiple Platforms

I research fair market pricing and post your items across several trusted selling platforms and local groups where buyers are actively searching.

Buyer Communication & Pickup Coordination

I handle all inquiries, messaging, and negotiations. Once a buyer is ready, I arrange pickup directly between you and the buyer—no endless back-and-forth for you to deal with.

Donation Coordination for Unsold Items

If certain items don’t sell, I work with several local charities and can arrange pickup or drop-off, ensuring your things still find a good home.

Service Fees

​

Selling your items is a two-part service:

1. Prep & Listing Fee

This one-time fee covers:

  • Staging, measuring, and professional photography of each item

  • Researching fair market value & creating detailed listings

  • Maintaining a full transaction record of all sales for your reference

  • Coordinating donation drop-offs or pickups for any unsold items

Pricing:

​

1–5 items → $50

6–10 items → $75

11–20 items → $100

21–30 items → $150

31–40 items → $175

41–50 items → $200

(Have more than 50 items? Ask about bulk pricing.)​

2. Commission on Sold Items

You keep 60% of all sales, and I retain a 40% commission 

Most clients find that this service pays for itself—many earn back a large portion (and sometimes more than) the cost of their organizing and downsizing services through item sales.

 

What I Sell

I specialize in selling home furnishings, décor, and other valuable items, including:

  • Furniture (sofas, chairs, tables, bedroom sets)

  • Artwork & wall décor

  • Rugs & lighting fixtures

  • Kitchenware & cookware (quality or designer brands)

  • Home accessories (mirrors, vases, decorative pieces)

  • Outdoor furniture & garden décor

  • Collectibles, antiques & vintage pieces

  • Electronics in excellent working condition (TVs, speakers, etc.)

  • Large appliances (refrigerators, washers/dryers, etc., in good working condition)

Luxury Fashion & Accessories

​

I also sell designer clothing, handbags, and accessories from high-end luxury brands such as:

Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Burberry, Dior, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Valentino, Bottega Veneta, and Balenciaga.

 

Specialty Items

​

I have experience identifying old coins and collectible currency and work closely with a trusted local coin collector to ensure accurate pricing and the best possible return.

What I Don’t Sell

Everyday clothing or shoes (only luxury/designer brands accepted)

Damaged, broken, or excessively worn items
